Press Release – New York, NY – September 21, 2026 – Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP announced today that it represented HopFlyt, Inc., a developer of autonomous, long-range, hybrid-electric, vertical takeoff and landing aircraft to enable long endurance operations in challenging environments, in connection with its recent $500,000 private placement of preferred stock to TEDCO’s Venture Funds.
TEDCO (the Maryland Technology Development Corporation) is an independent instrumentality of the State of Maryland, established by the Maryland General Assembly in 1998, to facilitate the creation of businesses and support their growth in all regions of the state.
