Press Release – New York, NY – September 17, 2025 – Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP announced today that it has represented Beyond Air, Inc. (NASDAQ: XAIR), a commercial stage medical device and biopharmaceutical company, in an inducement offer with holders of certain outstanding warrants for the immediate exercise of such warrants. The gross proceeds to the company from the exercise of the warrants was approximately $3.2 million.
