Press Release – New York, NY – November 7, 2025 – Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP announced today that it represented Beyond Air, Inc. (NASDAQ: XAIR), a commercial stage medical device and biopharmaceutical company, in financing arrangements for up to $32 million, including a $12 million promissory note and a $20 million equity line of credit with Streeterville Capital.
