The initial public offering consisted of 2,000,000 ordinary shares issued and sold by Fitness Champs Holdings Limited and 1,750,000 ordinary shares sold by selling shareholders at the public offering price of $4.00 per share.
Bancroft Capital, LLC acted as sole underwriter for the offering.
