The initial public offering consisted of 1,750,000 ordinary shares issued and sold by 707 Cayman Holdings Limited and 750,000 ordinary shares by a selling shareholder at the public offering price of $4.00 per share.
Bancroft Capital, LLC acted as sole underwriter and representative for the offering.
