Press Release – New York, NY – February 6, 2025 – Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP announced that it represented Autozi Internet Technology (Global) Ltd. (“Autozi” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: AZI), one of the leading and fast-growing lifecycle automotive service providers in China, in a private placement with an institutional investor (“the Buyer”) on January 27, 2025, pursuant to which the Company issued to the Buyer a senior unsecured convertible note in the principal amount of $3,000,000 and issued the Buyer six warrants each to acquire a senior unsecured convertible note of the Company in an original principal amount of $4,000,000.
