Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP represents Alset Inc. in $1.5 Million Registered Direct Offering

Press Release – New York, NY – January 3, 2025 – Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP announced today that it represented Alset Inc. (NASDAQ: AEI), a diversified holding company principally engaged through its subsidiaries in the development of EHome communities and other property development, financial services, digital transformation technologies, biohealth activities and consumer products, in a registered direct offering priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules for the purchase and sale of an aggregate of 1,500,000 shares of common stock at a purchase price of $1.00 per share.

Aegis Capital Corp. acted as exclusive placement agent for the offering.
