Experience

Ellie’s practice focuses on representing both issuers and underwriters in a range of complex transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), PIPEs and various other securities transactions.

She also advises public companies on ongoing corporate governance and SEC reporting obligations. In addition, Ellie has experience handling cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining SRFC, Ellie practiced at a boutique law firm in New Jersey, where she advised China-based clients on U.S. IPOs and Nasdaq listings. Before that, she served as in-house counsel at a Nasdaq-listed company, managing public filings and transactional matters.

Earlier in her career, Ellie practiced for five years in Shenzhen, China, at a leading law firm, where she advised major real estate developers on asset-backed securities and M&A transactions.
