Thiago Spercel is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Department.

Experience

Thiago represents issuers and underwriters in significant equity and debt offerings. He has also represented corporate clients and international private equity investors in leading cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including transactions in the technology, real estate, hotel and tourism and pharmaceutical industries, among others.  Prior to joining SRFC, Thiago was a partner at a global law firm and a partner at a leading Brazilian law firm. Thiago is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
