Introduction

Sharon Carroll is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Department.

Sharon represents emerging and established companies in securities offerings and compliance, mergers and acquisitions transactions and corporate governance matters. Her practice focuses on assisting private and publicly traded companies in a broad range of debt and equity capital markets transactions, including “SPAC” offerings, REG A+ offerings and PIPEs. She also regularly advises her clients on ‘34 Act reporting requirements and various corporate governance matters.

Experience

Sharon has served abroad as in-house deal counsel for a Hong Kong-based financial services company where she represented the company in an array of cross-border transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, sovereign bond issuances and debt restructurings, among others, throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

Prior to Hong Kong, she was an associate at SRFC and a member of its Corporate and Securities law practice groups. She rejoined SRFC in February 2022 after working at prominent law firms in Nashville, Tennessee, where her practice focused on capital markets and healthcare M&A transactions. Sharon is based in Nashville.
