Introduction

Richard (“Rick”) Mayer is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Group.  His practice focuses on securities, financial industry disputes, and regulatory matters before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the American Arbitration Association. Rick’s practice includes commercial litigation in State courts.

Experience

Prior to joining the Firm, Rick was an associate in a boutique securities law firm.

He has valuable regulatory compliance experience as well, having represented a large international bank. 

Education

Mr. Mayer received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 2020.

Mr. Mayer received his Bachelor of Arts from St. John’s University  summa cum laude in 2017.
