Nishkarsh advises public and private corporations, underwriters and sponsors across matters including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings and corporate governance and periodic reporting compliances. He has more than 5 years of experience advising on Rule 144A/ Section 4(a) and Regulation S offerings including public equity offerings, high yield issuances and SPACs.

Nishkarsh is also a licensed attorney in India, where he was previously a senior associate in the capital markets practice at one of India’s leading law firms. In India, he represented underwriters, PE sponsors and issuers on some of the largest capital markets transactions across sectors spanning ecommerce, clean energy, life sciences, finance, real estate and manufacturing. 

Nishkarsh received his LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School in 2023, where he was awarded the Dean’s Scholar Prize in the upper-level M&A course. He graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree (JD Equivalent) from National Law University, Delhi, India in 2017.
