Matthew Siracusa is a Partner in the Corporate and Securities Department.

Experience

Mr. Siracusa represents public and privately-held clients in a variety of corporate and securities matters, including public and private capital raising transactions and public company compliance and corporate governance. Matt frequently represents issuers, underwriters, placement agents, financial advisors and investors in all manner of public and private securities offerings. He has particular experience with equity capital market transactions, including IPOs, registered direct offerings and PIPEs. In addition to his transactional practice, he regularly serves as outside public company and securities counsel to emerging and established public companies, where he works with clients to develop corporate governance best practices and ensure SEC, Nasdaq, NYSE and FINRA compliance and reporting obligations are met. 

Education

Mr. Siracusa earned his J.D./M.A from St. John’s University School of Law, where he graduated with honors and received the Timothy J. Meehan Memorial Award.
