Martryn is a counsel in the Corporate and Securities Department and assists both U.S. domestic issuers and foreign private issuers on transactional matters. 

Experience

Martryn’s practice includes advising clients on a wide range of capital markets transactions, including U.S. IPOs, SPACs, debt financing, PIPEs and SEC reporting.

Before moving to New York, Martryn practiced as a solicitor in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Martryn graduated from Singapore Management University with a law degree. He is admitted to practice in New York, Singapore and Hong Kong, and speaks Chinese and Japanese.
