Experience

Karina represents emerging and established companies, broker-dealers and investors on a wide range of corporate and capital markets transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, follow-on offerings and other transactions. She also advises clients on SEC reporting and compliance, corporate governance, and stock exchange listing matters.

Karina also works closely with entrepreneurs and growth-stage companies as outside counsel, providing practical and business-focused legal advice to help clients achieve their strategic goals.

Prior to joining the firm, Karina practiced in various law firm roles, including several prominent global law firms, and as in-house counsel for a publicly traded multinational company.
