Introduction

Jesse Blue is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Department. Mr. Blue assists his clients with corporate and transactional matters, with an emphasis on SEC reporting and compliance, including company formations, SEC/34 Act filings, mergers and acquisitions, limited and general partnerships, IPOs and other securities offerings.

Experience

Prior to joining Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP, Mr. Blue was an associate at Carmel, Milazzo & Feil LLP, in which he advised clients on corporate and transactional matters, with an emphasis on initial public offerings, and similar securities offerings. 

Prior to Mr. Blue’s corporate experience, he clerked at a law firm where he assisted general counsel for hundreds of community associations throughout Long Island and New York City. Mr. Blue gained valuable experience in general real estate transactional matters, which included drafting real estate documents and advising Boards of Directors and members of Community Associations on complex issues.

Mr. Blue received his Juris Doctorate from The Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2021. He graduated cum laude from St. John’s University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Sport Management.
