Introduction

Gary Eaton is an Associate in the Corporate and Securities Department. 

Mr. Eaton advises clients on securities transactions, SEC reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and transactional matters.

Experience

Prior to joining SRFC, Mr. Eaton served as in-house counsel for an international manufacturer of broadband networking infrastructure equipment and as in-house counsel for a large, regulated utility company. In these roles, Mr. Eaton was responsible for SEC reporting and compliance, corporate governance matters and capital markets transactions.

Prior to law school, Mr. Eaton worked in the securities industry as an equity trader, where he executed transactions for hedge funds and other large institutional clients.
