Experience

Claire focuses her practice on corporate and securities matters. She has experience with initial public offerings and other securities transactions, SEC reporting and corporate governance.

Prior to joining SRFC, Claire worked at a boutique law firm in New York, where she was involved in capital markets transactions, governance and compliance matters for domestic and foreign companies across a range of industries.

Earlier in her career, she worked as a corporate attorney in the Shanghai office of a leading U.S. law firm and a top Chinese law firm in Shanghai.
