Mr. Kleidman has over 30 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, investment banker and private equity professional and has led over 200 investment and M&A transactions. He represents private and public companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital raise transactions and other general corporate and securities matters. He also represents private equity and venture capital firms in connection with their M&A transactions, fund formation and other private equity fund matters.

His clients range from venture start-ups to small-cap and middle market companies in the healthcare, media, technology, cannabis, and consumer and industrial products industries.
