Barry P. Biggar is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Department. Barry has a business mindset and a goal to develop solutions that facilitate the implementation and success of each transaction.

Experience

Barry has over 25 years of AmLaw 50 experience in capital markets transactions representing issuers, placement agents, and underwriters of SEC registered and Rule 144-A eligible debt and equity securities. In addition, Barry has represented many multinational financial institutions in structuring, documenting and closing complex acquisition, leveraged, structured and tax advantaged financings in both the U.S. domestic and cross border markets. He also has advised sponsors and issuers of CDOs, CLOs and other cash flow securitization deals.

Barry has worked extensively on big ticket capital asset and transportation financings with an emphasis on aircraft, vessel and rolling stock transactions.
