As a reminder, the SEC is upgrading its EDGAR filing system (EDGAR Next).
All EDGAR filers (including reporting companies and their reporting persons) whose Form ID applications for EDGAR access were granted by the SEC staff prior to March 24, 2025, must now enroll in EDGAR Next.
To avoid disruptions or delays in submitting your SEC filings, please contact your financial printer (or EDGAR filing vendor) to enroll your company and its reporting persons (and/or any other affiliated entities that are EDGAR filers) in EDGAR Next before the deadline of September 12, 2025.
Your company’s financial printer (or EDGAR filing vendor) should be able to assist with the enrollment process.
We recommend that you appoint a designated company officer or employee to contact your company’s financial printer (or EDGAR filing vendor) to facilitate the enrollment of your company and its reporting persons (and/or any other affiliated entities that are EDGAR filers).
