Justin Huang is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Department. He advises clients on securities transactions, public company reporting and compliance, and general corporate matters.

Experience

Justin represents issuers and investment banks in a range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and private placements, among other transactions. Justin also advises clients on post-IPO compliance matters, including SEC reporting and stock exchange listing compliance.

Justin also has experience advising emerging companies and start-ups on a broad range of corporate matters.

Prior to joining SRFC, Justin practiced in the New York office of an international law firm, where he advised public and private companies regarding securities and corporate matters.
