Press Release – New York, NY – November 12, 2025 – Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP announced that it represented VCI Global Limited (NASDAQ: VCIG), a cross-sector platform builder at the forefront of technology and financial architecture, in its recently announced digital asset treasury transaction.
Under the terms of the transaction, the company agreed to acquire $100 million in OOB tokens, partially in exchange for the issuance of restricted shares and partially through secondary market cash purchases. The company has also agreed to be appointed as Treasury Manager for the OOB digital asset ecosystem. Following the completion of the transaction, Tether Investment Limited, through its holdings in OOBIT (a next-generation digital payments and remittance platform), is expected to become the largest shareholder of the company.
