Introduction

Alexander is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation department.  

Alexander represents broker-dealers and registered representatives in arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and other arbitration venues. His practice includes regulatory and compliance counseling involving the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA and other regulatory bodies. He also represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts.

Experience

Prior to joining the Firm, Alexander was an associate at two prominent securities litigation firms in New York City.

Education

Mr. Middlemiss received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 2019, where he was the Senior Associate Editor for the Journal for Civil Rights and Economic Development.

Mr. Middlemiss received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami in 2014, cum laude.
