Introduction

Jeffrey Hua is a counsel in the Corporate and Securities Department. He advises clients on a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, SEC reporting and compliance and general corporate matters.

Experience

Previously, Jeff was a corporate attorney at various firms, including those that are Am Law-ranked, where he advised privately-held companies, ranging from start-ups to mature enterprises, on a broad array of transactions throughout their respective life cycles, from financings to strategic transactions and exits, and also counseled publicly-traded corporations on SEC reporting and compliance, as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies on financial acquisitions.  His experience spans across a variety of industries, including energy, technology, healthcare, consumer products, services, manufacturing, media and aerospace.
