Introduction
Michael Nacht is a counsel in the Corporate and Securities Department. He has experience in corporate and securities transactions, as well as litigation and arbitration matters.
Prior to joining the department, Michael practiced for over a decade as a litigator. As a litigator, Michael’s primary area of practice was commercial litigation. Michael has represented both private and public companies in state and federal courts.
Education
Michael earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and holds a bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University.

He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey.
