(NASDAQ “SITO”) in a firm commitment underwritten public offering of 3,066,667 shares of its common stock, including exercise of the underwriter’s overallotment option, at a public offering price of $3.75 per share, for gross proceeds to SITO of $11,500,000. Cowen & Co. Inc. acted as the sole book running managing underwriter for the offering. The offering was led by several institutional investors.
