(NASDAQ:AITB), a clinical-stage medical device and biopharmaceutical company focused on developing inhaled Nitric Oxide (NO) for the treatment of patients with respiratory conditions including serious lung infections and pulmonary hypertension, in a $8 million private placement of its common stock.
The Company issued approximately 1.6 million shares of common stock at a purchase price of $5.00 per share. The private placement was made directly by the Company without an underwriter or placement agent.
