Introduction
Tong Wu is an Associate at Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel, LLP and a member of the firm’s Corporate, M&A, and Securities Practice Groups. She practices securities law and corporate finance. Tong is experienced in public, private and cross-border acquisitions. Her experience includes advising issuers of securities with respect to periodic reporting obligations and corporate governance issues.
Education
Tong earned her LL.M degree from New York University, School of Law, in 2020. She received her LL.B degree in Law and a B.A. degree in English Literature from Fu Jen Catholic University where she was the number one ranked student in her class.
