Tomer Magid

Introduction

Tomer Magid is an Associate at Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP in its Corporate and Securities Department. Tomer advises domestic and foreign issuers and investment banks on various capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), equity offerings, private placements and on matters related to SEC reporting and compliance, including SEC/34 Act filings.

Experience

Prior to joining Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP, Mr. Magid was an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Capital Markets group, where he advised clients on various capital markets transactions, including IPOs, equity offerings and both public and private debt offerings, and on matters related to SEC reporting and compliance.

Mr. Magid practiced law in Israel for more than 16 years, the last eight of them as a partner at Goldfarb Seligman Law offices in Tel Aviv. Mr. Magid counseled government-owned companies, municipal-owned companies, and private companies on public procurement laws, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance and represented clients in high-stakes litigations related to public procurement law matters. Additionally, he served as General Counsel to Dan Transportation Company, Ltd., one of Israel’s largest public transit providers.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Magid was an Associate at Dr. M. Gellert, Gellert and Frishtik Law Offices in Tel Aviv, where he advised corporate and individual clients on corporate, public procurement, insurance, and commercial law.
