Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents ShiftPixy, Inc. in $3.1 Million Public Offering 

Press Release – New York, NY – July 17, 2023–Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP announced today that it represented ShiftPixy, Inc. (NASDAQ: PIXY), a Miami-based disruptive worker engagement and management platform, in a $3.1 million public offering. The offering consisted of 1,166,667 shares of common stock, pre-funded warrants to purchase up to 900,000 shares of common stock, and common warrants to purchase up to 2,066,667 shares of common stock. The public offering price was $1.50 per share and accompanying common warrant, or $1.4999 per pre-funded warrant and accompanying common warrant. The company received gross proceeds of approximately $3.1 million, before deducting the placement agent’s fees and other offering expenses.
