Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP Represents Joseph Gunnar and Fordham Financial Management in $11.8 PIPE financing of Aytu Bioscience, Inc.

Press Release – New York, NY – November 2, 2016 – Nationally recognized securities and corporate law firm Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP announced today that it has represented Joseph Gunnar & Co.  as lead placement agent and Fordham Financial Management, Inc. co-placement agent  in a private placement offering of equity securities of Aytu BioScience, Inc.  (OTC Market “AYTU”).

Equity units consisting of an aggregate of 63,933,298 shares of common stock, 2,250 shares of Series A Preferred Stock and 118,399,947 warrants were issued in the private placement. Each share of Series A Preferred Stock has a stated value of $1,000 and is convertible into common stock at $.15 per share, subject to adjustment. The exercise price of the warrants is $.18 per share. The warrants terminate in 5 years.
