Introduction
Ronghong Dai is an associate in the firm's Corporate and Securities practice group.
Ronghong focuses her practice on public and private capital market transactions, including Initial
Public Offerings (IPOs), SPAC transactions, and PIPEs. She advises public and private
companies, and investment banks in all manner of securities offerings. Ronghong also counsels
public companies in connection with ongoing compliance and reporting obligations and
corporate governance best practices.
Ronghong earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. While
attending law school, she was a member of The George Washington Law Review. She graduated,
summa cum laude, with a B.S. in Mathematics and Art History from the College of William and
Mary, where she accepted an invitation into Phi Beta Kappa.
