Introduction
Joy Zheng is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department. She represents
both investment banks and companies in a broad array of public and private offerings,
including initial public offerings, secondary and follow-on offerings, and private placements.
Prior to joining the firm, Joy practiced in the following law firm and in-house roles:
