Introduction

Chenyi Wang is an associate at the firm’s Corporate and Securities practice group.  With extensive experience in both China and the U.S., Chenyi routinely represents U.S. and international clients in initial public offerings, secondary offerings, merger & acquisitions, and corporate governance matters.  

Prior to joining the firm, Chenyi worked for an international law firm in Shanghai and a reputable New York law firm in New York.
