Bonnie Bai

Introduction
Bonnie Bai is an associate at Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP (SRFC) and a member of the firm’s Corporate, M&A, and Securities Practice Groups. She was admitted to the New York Bar in 2023, as well as the National Bar of China in 2019.
Prior to joining SRFC, Bonnie worked for an international investment firm headquartered in New York where she handled compliance issues related to private funds, RIA, and broker-dealers. Before coming to the United States, she was an attorney for a well-known law firm in Beijing handling multiple corporate legal issues. Additionally, in China, she gained litigation, arbitration, and transactional experience.
Education
Ms. Bai earned her LL.M degree in U.S. Law with honors from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2022. She received her LL.B degree in Law from Beijing International Studies University.
